Yesterday was World Vyshyvanka Day, and I attended the @ucctoronto March in Toronto. So many beautiful vyshyvankas on the 3000+ attendees, but the hostess of the event, @marichka.baysa , was absolutely stunning with her vinok, traditional jewelry and vyshyvanka. 💛💙🇺🇦
And while you read this, and while we gathered yesterday, it's important to remember that the russian invasion still rages on in Ukraine, every day people are dying in the name of a free and independent Ukraine, and it's important that we don't forget, and that we keep standing with Ukraine until victory.

Made my way down to the McLaughlin Planetarium today as I got the tip yesterday morning that they had started demolishing the dome. By mid day today they'd already made solid progress, and in chatting with one of the guys on site, he said they expect to have it completely down by the end of next week.
Farewell to a Toronto landmark. 🪦

One of my favorite things about my job is the fact it always brings me to new places, and often provides me a view and perspective of Toronto that I haven't seen before.
This one's from the 40th floor of the EY building in the financial district, which I got to visit a couple days ago to capture the 2026 WIN Awards.
I'm glad I don't have a view like this at home, because I'd get nothing done from all the staring out the window I'd be doing.😂

Yesterday's gloomy and wet weather in Toronto left much to be desired, however, the sunset... yeah that was unexpected and quite something!!😍😮
Only had my @googlepixel on hand, but I grabbed this quick shot, gave the raw file the absolute slightest touch up (no saturation, just shadows and contrast) and this was the result. It was so beautiful it didn't even a serious edit to make it pop. 🔥

While this city keeps changing, I do my part to document the Toronto I'm living in, at the time I'm living in it, so that decades down the road people will be able to look back on Toronto in this time and see what life was like.

This unique perspective I found captures Queen’s Park, the Law Society of Ontario (Osgoode Hall), Toronto City Hall, the Canada Life Building, the New Toronto Courthouse, and the ongoing Ontario Line subway expansion.
