After nearly 18 months I’m proud to announce the release of Plant Medicine. ⁣ A groundbreaking, 6-part docuseries chronicling the transformative journeys of seven individuals who travel to Costa Rica seeking healing through ancient plant medicine. Over one intense week at Rythmia Life Advancement Center (the only legally licensed Ayahuasca treatment center), their encounters with Ayahuasca, a sacred medicine used by indigenous tribes for millennia, are documented. Each participant, disillusioned by conventional treatments, turns to this powerful therapy for answers.⁣ ⁣ Congrats to the entire team on an amazing project and a huge shoutout to my business partner @stashslionski for an amazing directorial performance. I’m so impressed by how you made this story come to life. ⁣ Produced by Nick Ruffini and Stash Slionski Production Company: @good_day_film ⁣ You can stream the entire series exclusively on Gaia.com (Link in Bio)

So many businesses talk a big game but don’t deliver when it comes downs to it.

People don’t return to your business for the product they return for the experience. And every single touchpoint, from the decor and lighting to the music, service and cleanliness, either helps or hurts the experience.

There’s a reason why Italian piazzas have been popular for thousands of years...because the need for human connection isn’t a fad, it’s in our DNA

I may be biased because I grew up in a family biz but that doesn’t change the fact that small businesses are the backbone of our communities.

Hospitality is more than an industry. It’s a philosophy. ⁣ ⁣ It’s how you treat human beings and make them feel seen, heard and valued whether they’re your customer, employee, vendor or community member. ⁣ ⁣ We need more humanity in business. Pass it on…

One man’s opinion here, but I think there’s a massive opportunity for businesses who adopt this kind of thinking as we move more towards everything being automated and AI driven. ⁣ ⁣ What do you think?
