Meet Our Artists 021: Nicko MZ Nicko MZ is a Progressive House producer from 🇦🇷 Argentina who has been steadily shaping his artistic identity since launching his project in 2023. His music explores the balance between modern electronic aesthetics and emotional expression, resulting in soundscapes that feel immersive and purposeful. Drawing from progressive and melodic influences, Nicko MZ focuses on building evolving musical journeys where tension and movement unfold naturally. His productions are designed to resonate both on the dancefloor and in more introspective moments, reflecting a thoughtful approach to storytelling through sound. @nickomz

Madlochs 3rd Avenue now presents the Move to the Hills Remixes EP, following the warmly received debut of Sydney-based producer Michael Bennett on the label earlier this year. His original two-track release, Move to the Hills and Beneath the Tree, showcased a refined and detail-driven sound that resonated deeply within the progressive house community. For this new chapter, an international cast of artists were invited to reinterpret Michaels work. From the United States, Will Konitzer and Madison Malmer bring their own forward-thinking touch, balancing groove and atmosphere with subtle melodic shifts. Representing Argentina, Mike Kohl and Nicko MZ deliver contrasting visions, with Kohl leaning into a deeper hypnotic flow while Nicko emphasizes drive and energy. Closing the package is Australian producer Travis Jesse, a familiar face on 3rd Avenue, who infuses his version with the warm, emotive textures that have become a hallmark of his sound. ,

Madlochs 3rd Avenue welcomes back Australian producer Travis Jesse for his highly anticipated return with the Belle Epoque EP, featuring three powerful remixes from an exciting international selection of talent. As one of the labels most consistent contributors, Travis Jesse has built a reputation for crafting emotive, groove-driven productions that perfectly capture 3rd Avenues signature sound. Hailing from Australia, his previous releases on the imprint have become staples in the sets of melodic house and techno DJs worldwide. For this special EP package, the label has assembled an impressive remix roster: Argentinean talents Matías Delóngaro and Nicko MZ each bring their distinct flavor, while fellow Australian Astrek completes the trio of reinterpretations. Together, these artists provide fresh perspectives on Travis Jesses original work, making the Belle Epoque EP a truly global collaboration.

I’m excited to share the release of my first DJ Mix called ‘Crossroads’, featuring all tracks from @futureavenuelabel and one from my debut EP on @airlinesrecords .
This mix is a tribute to nearly 2 years of working on this project. I’m truly grateful to the labels for their support throughout the journey, and to @d_marsin_b for including it in the 100th episode of his FlySession radioshow on @datatransmission .
