I saw a FB memory from 3 years ago when I was posting my solo music regularly and figured I was due for a new share. Here’s a recent looping cover of The Beatles’ “Get Back”. Everything is played and looped live - I never use any prerecorded tracks. I’ve been so fortunate to get to play out 2-3 nights a week this winter and am booking up for this summer. Let me know if you have an event that might benefit from some fun instrumental tunes! My next solo gig will be at Limelight Hotel Snowmass this Sunday, 4/9, from 4-7pm. ✌️❤️🎵

Here's my solo take on Dave Matthews Band's "Ants Marching". I always love the challenge of translating DMB music into the solo looping format. This tune is super fun to play and ends up on the setlist for most of my shows these days. Next solo show is Friday, 5/12, at @limelighthotel in Aspen. 4-7pm.

We're leaving today for another multi-week family bikepacking trip so it feels like a good time to finally share this video highlight from our trip last summer. Last June, we spent 3 amazing weeks living off of our bicycles with our one-year-old Micah Jade, pedaling 350+ miles through forests in British Columbia and camping next to rivers and lakes. Micah learned to walk while we were out there, finding his footing on the rocks and roots of the forest floor. We were so proud of him (and still are). Life has been busy lately, as it always seems to be, so we're very excited to set out again with the simplicity that comes from bringing only what you can carry on your bikes and the uncomplicated rhythms of life on the trail.

4 days ago, we embarked on Micah’s first bike self-supported bike trip! We’re spending June pedaling in Canada with all the things we need strapped to our bikes and nothing more. Micah Jade is loving it - bike naps, sleeping in a tent with momma and poppa, all the snacks, and an infinite amount of pine cones, rocks, ants, and dirt to play with. ✌️🚲🌲

Micah and I have been enjoying our “Dudes and Dogs” hikes 🤙 It’s pretty special to be out on the trail with this little guy, breathing fresh air, hearing the running water, and feeling his tiny hands grab my shirt while he sleeps. Also - we’re getting decent at trailside bottles and diaper changes 😂

Our beautiful son, Micah Jade Lenio, joined this world on April 9th, 2023! This amazing little dude had an adventurous, unforgettable entrance. I’ll share the story another time. We’re so in love with this peaceful and strong soul! 💚

Hi Friends! I’ve been playing a lot of solo music out and about and realized that I should probably share out those dates in case friends would like to come listen. I’m not the most consistent social media user but I’m going to give it a whirl! Watch my stories for dates/locations and hopefully I’ll see you out there ✌️ [I’ll be playing @limelighthotel Snowmass today, 1/29, 4-7pm]

Always a good time on the scenic route 🤙 In 3,000+ miles of bike touring, this was our first cable car river crossing. Spoiler alert: The cable was strong enough for one at a time. We weren’t brave enough to test the tandem ride...

Gosh, there are some beautiful mountains up here. It’s hard to ‘make time’ pedaling our bikes when we’re pulling over every half mile to soak it in but I suppose that’s the whole point, eh? 🚲

After 600 miles of pedaling, we’re celebrating our 4th anniversary with a few days in Jasper. We’ve been on some wild adventures together, and it’s hard to rank them, but riding our bikes un-supported through the Canadian Rockies is at the top! Happy anniversary to my love and adventure-partner, @christen.hillmer !
