Finally had a Sunday off and decided to street perform. This adorable kid came up to me and excitedly asked ‘how are you doing that?!’
I explained that I had practiced for a long time and that she could also play violin. She then was fascinated with how the sound was being sent through my cable to the speaker so I did my best to explain how pickups work which tbh still don’t totally understand myself haha.
Nothing like a child’s curiosity and wonderment to not only remind me why I love street performing but why I love music in general. Each note, each show, each moment of music is a chance to inspire and share a bit of myself with the world. I never know what the universe will give back or what ripple effect my music can have.
Who knows. Maybe this little girl will end up playing violin and find this clip 10 years from now in complete amazement. We’ll see. And hopefully we all keep dreaming and remember our own moments of watching musical hero’s thinking ‘how are you doing that?!’
Fiddle✖️ @lcdsoundsystem ?! Yes please. Message us if this is the sound you want at your event.

It’s my stunning girlfriend @_katiemeili 27th Birthday today. When she isn’t crushing it at work or jamming in lingerie on our kitchen island she can be found cuddling our ridiculously cute dog or making me feel like the most loved and luckiest guy on the planet. Go spam her with some birthday love! I love you Katie.
Hell of a time playing with this crew at @lodgeroom
Forever grateful to be on this ride with such a beautiful community of people. Much love to everyone who came out and to @sandyhawkinsofficial and @notgoldtooth for killing it. Disco never dies 🪩

One of my favorites called ‘Fell Flat’. Playing this one always gives me a sense of hope. I wrote it to remind myself I am capable of change if I can just hold on. 🤝
Finally getting back into my own music again as the private events season winds down. Here’s some rehearsal footage as I continue to dial in my expanded looping spaceship rig. Looping is both the most frustrating yet most rewarding live performance medium for me and I look forward to seeing where it takes me in the new year.
