Probably one of the toughest days I’ve faced so far.
From killer heat and altitude to fighting a stomach bug that hit me on Friday and kept me up until 4am race morning , but we pushed through untill the very end because Mama didn’t raise no 👀
But all in all supper happy with the day and the result .

What a weekend out , this shit ain’t no joke…… from waking up on Wednesday and deciding to buy a ticket to questioning every second on the course (the swear jar is now full) 😅 went out there with zero training to go set a bench mark and dam did I get humbled…… only up from here. So Jah neh catch you at the next one
