A few things I’ve noticed the last few months while the jungle makes you slow down.
1. Positive community is so important, humans yearn for connection not mass isolation & disjointedness.
2. Practicing gratitude can be extremely powerful for overall happiness and outlook on life.
3. No growth happens in your comfort zone, there’s a reason they’re called growing pains, it’s because you’re changing. Discomfort can be good.
4. I know it’s not sunny or easy all the time, but even a small connection to nature every day can make you feel better, it’s deeply ingrained in our biochemistry.
5. Sometimes when it feels like you’re not in flow, or nothing is going your way, remember that you’re one good thing happening away from a big vibe change. Be grateful of your little wins like you idolize your losses.
6. Action relieves anxiety. Overthinking and procrastination can only take you so far, just getting started can be the hardest part but acting on your thoughts can help clear an anxious mind.
Just a few observations I’ve had the last few months. Maybe I’ll do this again soon with a different set of thoughts.
