Yesterday our sweet little Parker boy turned three years old!!! On top of that, he also went and got his first haircut (Mommy and I are trying to figure out where our little baby went? LOL)
Parker is the most fascinating little guy and he is the perfect example of a gentle giant who doesn’t know his own strength. His favorite things to do are play pretend with his big sister, and climb literally everything in the house like a giant jungle gym. His smile is infectious and he loves to make everyone around feel as happy as he is (:

Today officially makes it five years since our little Rowan girl was born. On April 13th 2020, by the late evening, your mommy was feeling so sick and unwell that we knew we had to get you both to the hospital to make sure you were safe. You weren’t supposed to be born for over three more months- but just a few short hours later, at 2:22am we finally got to meet you.
From the instant you were in our lives, mommy and I promised each other to always put you first and love you endlessly, support you infinitely and never ever give up on you.
In the five years we’ve had with you now, you have taught us both so so much about life and being human that I can never fully articulate it into words. We owe everything to you.
You have grown into such an inspirational little person, with the one of the biggest hearts I have ever seen in anyone. You are an unstoppable force of nature who can accomplish anything you set your mind to (even when mommy and I try to redirect your focus elsewhere 😅)
Happy Birthday Rowan, we cherish every second in your light and I hope that you have the most amazing day today with mommy and Parker. I’m so sorry I wasn’t able to be with you at home today this time but I promise I will make it up to you ❤️

I am usually really bad at posting about tours or cool things going on so here’s my attempt at correcting that. Left about two weeks ago to start the @augustburnsred and @theamityaffliction Spring Horizons tour 💪
Spent a few long days at the @squeeklights shop as they finished prepping the rig, straight into a week of rehearsals, and we are now 3 shows down
This show looks insane for both bands, I’m very grateful to be out and not sitting on my ass at home. Time to keep it moving
Back in January I got called to work on the biggest single show I’ve ever done for @rockin1000
Got tasked with leading the charge building the rig on site, and am grateful for the chance to do so. With two LX trucks arriving a day late we still had the system at 100% in three working days 👊🏼
Don’t know when I’ll do another show as unique as this one but I had a great time regardless

This is my favorite @fouryearstrong song of all time. @danfys and @alanxday are two of my favorite guitar players in the world. Their style of riffs/trading leads/harmonies is a major influence on the way I play guitar today and musically I think I owe a lot to them. Hopefully I did this song some justice 🫡🎸
