One of my Christmas wishes for Chef Nicho last holiday was for him to make our Inasal Bánh Mì again and I’m so happy na kasama sya sa lineup this month! We also have Beef Pares now, which I honestly didn’t expect cos literally January 1 lang sya nasimulan i-experiment (dahil hindi nag-work yung initial plan namin) exciting dahil lahat ata ng street sa atin ay may paresan and now pati sa @magdamagmarketcafe meron na rin at overloaded pa! Hahaha Sa niche 𝓅𝒶𝓃𝒶𝒹𝑒𝓇𝓎𝒶 naman, may Pan De Kaya pa at ang bagong tinapay naman ay ang Pão de Queijo na may kesong puti at @dekadachocolates dark choco sauce dip, inspired ‘tong buong dish sa 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘁𝗲 ng Batangas. it’s rare for me to fall in love with food as much as i did @niche___ph 💓 don’t get me wrong, i love food—all food!—so much so that if you ask me what my favorite is i cannot for the life of me chooooose. which is why i can’t not love what nicho and cl create because they love all the flavors too and it’s almost like you can taste the care and curiosity and humility and love in every plate they serve. i know these are all just words to you so please just go to magdamag café in qc soonest and message me in between bites to rave about the experience you’re welcomeeeeee 🙂‍↔️ or invite me when you come so we can enjoy it together mwehehehehe wouldn’t that be more fun day 5 of #15daysoflifeonfilm

[SWIPE FOR CHOCOLATE MOUSSE!!] We’re so happy to kick-off our extended partnership with @niche___ph this July! These two gentle, creative souls have agreed to make the cafe the temporary home of their fantastic creations and we can’t wait for you to try them!! Niche will be available from Wednesdays to Sundays, from 10:00 AM until 7:00 PM. Their menus may change from week to week so make sure to schedule that visit if you want to try a particular dish. Our regular cafe menu will be available alongside theirs. No reservations, only walk-ins as usual. 💖 See ya soon!

A once in a lifetime opportunity for our small business 😭😭😭 So much joy and adrenaline FELT from our last kitchen takeover that we ended up creating new dishes.
