Tried to post this yesterday… but somehow it disappeared… so here goes round two 🤷… My friend just launched a company called TobiPhone that has literally been life changing and life saving for me… it’s a real iPhone, but they use secure software to strip out all the toxic crap. No social media, no open web browsing, just the essentials.
And the best part is that I can't just bypass the restrictions the second my willpower caves. It also means no more arguing with your kids about what apps they can use because Tobi Phone gets to be the bad guy. But I use Tobi Phone for my own addiction to distraction and to the toxic social media
