A faster, smarter and more efficient market is almost here. Starting Monday, 1 June 2026, the Nigerian capital market transitions to T+1 settlement, advancing market efficiency through faster settlement, improved liquidity, and stronger investor confidence. This marks another important step in strengthening market infrastructure and aligning with global best practices. The future settles faster. #TPlus1 #NGX #CapitalMarket #MarketEfficiency

May has opened with the market maintaining much of April’s bullish momentum, despite a few mixed trading sessions along the way. In this episode of Market Xplained, we unpack what’s driving the market’s early movements this month with an analyst from @meristemng whether investors are taking profits or strategically repositioning across sectors, and the key policy signals and market reforms investors should keep an eye on in the weeks ahead. And of course, we answer the important question, which song best captures the mood of the market right now? song credit: Gratitude by Asake Watch. Learn. Stay market smart. Project BLOOM continues to grow Our recent outreach in Oshodi-Isolo Local Government Area saw us provide nutrition and healthcare support to 130 children and their caregivers through health screenings, nutritional interventions, caregiver education, and more. Implemented alongside @healthemergencyinitiative and the Lagos State Government, Project BLOOM is helping to drive healthier outcomes for children across underserved communities. So far, the initiative has reached over 450 children and 430 caregivers across Yaba, Ajegunle, Alimosho, and Oshodi-Isolo with the support of our dedicated employee volunteers and healthcare professionals every step of the way. #ProjectBLOOM #CommunityImpact #HealthcareOutreach #ngxprojectbloom
