THE NANLITE PAVOSLIM 120C—hats off @nanlite_global i’m gonna need a 4x2 Pavoslim 480C yesterday.
UPDATE: the unit is NOT waterproof. i totally thought someone at nanlite told me it was but i was mistaken and its just built so well it LOOKS waterproof… but it is not.
a little look at the capabilities of the @fiilexled Q3. this thing goes for around $1,250 and the price tag comes with the best low end dimming i’ve ever seen in a 90W full color fixture. these days DMX/Data/Networks are becoming more and more important for the electric department of film sets. lighting cues, fades, dim ups/downs, effects where the low end plays a critical role in selling that actual gag are essential. and for me the price of the Q series from @fiilexled is well worth it for those reasons alone.

turned the 1/2 ton into an electric only package for a shoot w/ @trevorhollander tomorrow, got rid of the cart, built a deck divider, threw in all of my electric gear/as well as some sub-rentals from @hotpointslighting . i’m going back to the cart setup tomorrow after the shoot, but figured i’d share this setup! fun!
