Introducing the elevated 360 CHICAGO experience.
Next/Now collaborated with @360chicago and @magni.city to reimagine their observation deck concourse at the historic 875 N Michigan Avenue, locally known as the John Hancock Center. From inception to execution, we've made a space that invites visitors to immerse themselves in a fully realized, story-driven journey.
At the heart of this experience lies the pulse of Chicago, narrated through the perspectives of the community, the building, and the city itself. Crafted for locals and tourists alike, elevated design systems enrich the guest journey through intentional and authentic engagements.
Take a first look at the transformed concourse, and stay tuned for more on how we approached this project from concept to creation.

Through 3D content development and custom integration, our team at NEXT/NOW crafted over 150 feet of engaging content for @united . The animation mirrors the natural awe of Colorado’s scenic landscape and changes for different seasonal views right at the terminal for all travelers to enjoy. It combines the United travel experience and a customer’s destination dream.

Next/Now recently partnered with OTJ Architects for the development of a new office in Washington, D.C.
Responsible for design & installation of an architectural centerpiece, we imagined a work of art that would immediately grab visitors' attention. The 52’ serpentine feature wall stretches the entire length of the hallway, immersing guests in stunning custom content and setting a reflexive tone to the environment.
This month, our team has been all over the country giving back to the communities we call home. Attending as community leaders to events hosted by NYU, DePaul, Adobe, AIA, RDI and AIGA, we wanted to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who has invited us to their space and shared our story as experiential designers.
Physical environments can be transformed with as simple a change as the color of the lights.
While developing the look and feel for United Airlines’ Airshop, our team experimented with our use of color and how it affected the final environment. Ultimately landing on a vibrant palette of blues and purples, the space created a feeling of energy and excitement that aligned perfectly with United’s vision and brand.
