Started the day off with great news for our client! Congrats to her for going under contract on this little cutie home in the historic district of Hartwell! āļø
Iām incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to help her after a couple of years of staying in touch, she reached out saying she was ready to buy her first home, and we made it happen, on our second day of showings, before this home was snatched up by someone else! AND we got it for under the asking price! š„³

Iām not going to lie, weāve been under a lot of stress and pressure lately. Then Friday was one of those days where literally everything went wrong - from running behind at the start of the day, contractors being late, appts being delayed, multiple key issues for multiple properties, medical prescription issues, appraisal issues, to Kadence getting a stomach bug that had us up until 1 am changing out sheets, sleep sacks, lovies 3-4x, and then to top it off with a water heater leak and water damage at our new house that we havenāt even moved into yet. š
As all of these things happened, and we got closer to Easter, it reminded me that despite us having bad days and everything seemingly going wrong, these things pale in comparison to Jesus paying the ultimate price of dying for us and our sins. And yet despite that, He rose from the dead, just like He said He would.
And if Jesus can do all of THAT and still have immense, undying love and forgiveness for us, then I am grateful, that no matter how crappy things may seem, it could always be worse, and everything will always be okay, and God will always make sure of that.
Happy resurrection Sunday everyone, for He is risen! āļø

Today was such a FUN day! I had the opportunity to volunteer for Northbrook Middle Schoolās career day! š
It was so rewarding to be able to share with 7th and 8th graders what it takes to be a real estate agent and the limitless opportunities that exist within real estate. š”
It was especially rewarding to get questions about how much buying a home requires and how to buy rental properties. šµ
Whatās also cool is what actually started as a real estate transaction and an opportunity to serve clients that turned into friends, helped make this volunteer opportunity happen! š¤
Looking forward to the next one!

Youāre looking at the most dynamic real estate landscape in the Southeast. Whether youāre chasing a "Smart City" vibe or a historic porch with a story, 2026 is proving that Gwinnett has a "best of both worlds" for every buyer.
Swipe for a spotlight on the top cities making waves right now:
š³ Suwanee: The āPark-Hopperās Paradiseā
Suwanee remains the āBlue Chipā of Gwinnett. With median prices holding strong around $552K, itās a high-demand market where competitive bidding is the norm. Families are drawn to the North Gwinnett schools and the seamless "live-work-play" lifestyle centered around the iconic Town Center.
š Duluth: The āGlobal Kitchenā
If you value walkability and world-class dining, Duluth is your spot. While the market has seen a healthy price correction (median around $427K), resale values stay resilient thanks to a European-style downtown and a packed calendar of year-round community events.
ā Buford: The āBest of Both Worldsā
Buford is seeing some of the county's strongest appreciation, with median prices hitting $580K. From luxury lakefront living near Lake Lanier to the shopping convenience of the Mall of Georgia, it offers an unbeatable mix of recreation and lifestyle appeal.
šļø Lawrenceville: The āHistoric Heartā
Perfect for the buyer who wants historic character without sacrificing a 2026 lifestyle. With a median price of $360K, it offers incredible value. The revitalized downtown and the nearby "Rowen" tech community make this a major hotspot for remote professionals.
š» Peachtree Corners: The āSilicon Orchardā
As Gwinnettās tech corridor, this is the go-to for a 'Smart City' experience. Home values average $641K, reflecting high demand for its innovation hubs and top-tier infrastructure. It consistently ranks as one of Metro ATLās most sophisticated places to live.

If you're looking into this area comment "GUIDE" for one of my free move up guides breaking down some of my favorite strategies for moving in Gwinnett!!
POV: You just closed on your first home in Gwinnett and realized you never actually have to leave the county again.
Letās be real, buying your first home is a huge flex, but choosing Gwinnett? Thatās the real "pro move." Youāre officially in the sweet spot where suburban peace meets "I can be at a stadium in ten minutes."
Here is what your new reality looks like:
The "8-Minute" Circle
Forget fighting the Connector. Youāre now minutes away from Gas South Arena for world-class concerts and the Mall of Georgia for... well, everything. Whether itās a quick run to the Apple Store or exploring the trails at the Environmental & Heritage Center, your GPS is going to get real used to those short trip times. š
Friday Nights, Reimagined
Your "night out" just got an upgrade. Weāre talking minor league ball and massive fireworks at Coolray Field, neon nights at the local arcade, or catching a show at The Lawn in Lawrenceville. And if you haven't experienced a Lantern Parade in Duluth or Norcross yet? Get ready, itās pure magic.
The Sunday Morning Ritual
Gwinnett is the king of the "Town Green." From the splash pads and Food Truck Fridays at Suwanee Town Center to the legendary Farmers Markets in Snellville and Braselton, this is where youāll actually meet your neighbors. Itās that small-town community vibe, just with better coffee shops.
The "First Holiday" Core Memories
There is nothing quite like your first winter in your own place. Between the massive tree lighting at the Duluth Town Green and the over-the-top light displays in the neighborhood, the holidays here hit differently. You aren't just buying a house; youāre buying a front-row seat to these traditions.
Gwinnett isn't just where you live, itās how you live. If youāre ready to stop renting and start owning this lifestyle, letās chat. I know these streets, these neighborhoods, and exactly where your "forever home" is hiding.
