Healing isn’t linear. Growth and struggle can exist at the same time. At Next Level Wellness & Behavioral Health, we believe recovery is about progress, connection, and learning how to hold space for every part of your journey, not perfection. You can be healing and still have hard days. You can be strong and still need support. Both can be true. Wherever you are right now, give yourself permission to acknowledge your growth while honoring the challenges you’re still working through. Real change happens one step, one conversation, and one moment of self-awareness at a time. 📞 800-566-2516 📧 [email protected] #mentalhealthawareness #recoveryjourney #healingtakestime #behavioralhealth #nextlevelwellness

I am still so grateful for the room we created together at the Next ChaptHER event. Being surrounded by high-performing women who were willing to be honest about stress, burnout, and what it really takes to stay well was powerful. Thank you to Next ChaptHER for making our leadership team feel so “part of” and extended family with your founders and community.Partnering with a team so aligned with our passion for resilience, growth, and real transformation was an honor. We are humbled and grateful to have been presenting sponsors. To every woman who showed up, took notes, asked questions, and let yourself be poured into, thank you. I left feeling inspired, grounded, and even more committed to helping women lead and live from a healthier place. A huge thank you to the panelists, who gave us all what we needed and more @drrachelnyc & @yasminecheyenne @Hilaryphelps killed it as the moderator. @lovinglindsay @lechefswife and @liftlikeamother You all have created something special and so needed for all of us in our various “chapters” of our lives to celebrate and support each other. If you were in that room, know that your next chapter matters, and I am cheering you on. ➡️ PS: Next ChaptHER is now subscription-based, which allows you to be part of a beautiful community of women empowering other women. Follow them and join in. 💗 #nextchapther #nextlevelwellnessbh #yournextchapterstartshere #antiwomenhatersclub #sobercompanion

Mental health matters, every single day. Here at Next Level, we want to remind you that you are enough, just as you are. In a world that often pushes for more, faster, better, it's important to pause and offer yourself the same kindness you so freely give to others. It's okay to not be okay. Healing isn't linear, and struggling doesn't mean failing. Whether today feels heavy or light, your feelings are valid, your story matters, and your journey is worth honoring. Be gentle with yourself. Rest when you need to. Ask for help when it feels like too much to carry alone. You don't have to have it all figured out. You just have to take the next step, and here at Next Level, we're ready to walk alongside you. If you or someone you love is ready for that next step, reach out today. We're here to help and offer free consults and resources! 📞 800-566-2516 📧 [email protected] #mentalhealthawareness #youareenough #bekindtoyourself #itsokaytonotbeokay #nextlevelwellness

A life without alcohol does not mean a life without joy. As Tom Holland shares, “People think a life of sobriety is a life without fun. But it really isn’t about what you’re missing. It’s about what you have to gain.” In this reel, viewers see a moment from his conversation, where he talks openly about the freedom, clarity, and growth that came with getting sober. NextLevel continues to highlight real stories like Tom’s to remind people that recovery is possible and that a meaningful, connected life is available in sobriety. 📞 800-566-2516 📧 [email protected] #sobrietystory #recoveryjourney #mentalhealthmatters #nextlevel #soberlife

It's Mental Health Awareness Month, and this one is for everyone who has been holding it together for way too long. Next Level knows that healing is not linear. It is not loud. And it does not have a deadline. But it is always, always worth it. Swipe through these reminders your nervous system needs to hear right now. Save it. Write it down if you need to. Send it to someone who needs to hear it today. Your mental health matters. Your progress matters. And so do you. If you or someone you love is ready for that next step, reach out today, we’re here to help and offer free consults and resources! 📞 800-566-2516 📧 [email protected] #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealthmonth #healingjourney #mentalhealthmatters #nextlevelwellness

The idea that professionals in mental health should have it all figured out? That is one of the biggest misconceptions in our field. Our CEO Amanda Marino, Managing Partner Sarah Frias, and psychologist and certified sex therapist Dr. Rachel Needle sat down to talk about what it really means to be human while working in behavioral health. The truth is, we are all human. Dr. Needle put it perfectly when she said she still experiences challenges just like everyone else. The difference is having the tools to process where those feelings come from, understand what is happening, and move through it with awareness and intention. When someone is struggling, support can’t be occasional. It has to show up in real life, in real moments, when things feel uncertain, overwhelming, or high-risk. That’s where sober companion services make a difference. This is not just about being there during treatment. It’s about having consistent, trusted support through everyday situations like travel, social environments, transitions, and building structure back into daily life. At Next Level Wellness & Behavioral Health, we provide personalized, discreet care designed to meet you or your loved one exactly where you are. You don’t have to figure this out alone. If you or someone you love is ready for that next step, reach out today, we’re here to help and offer free consults and resources! 📞 800-566-2516 📧 [email protected] #mentalhealthforleaders #elitewellness #executivecare #highperformerhealth #confidentialsupport

OCD and OCPD are often confused, but they are not the same. OCD is driven by anxiety, involving intrusive thoughts and compulsions that feel distressing and unwanted. OCPD is rooted in a need for control and order, with patterns that feel natural to the individual and remain consistent over time. Understanding the difference is key to getting the right support. At Next Level Wellness and Behavioral Health, we offer personalized, evidence-based care to help you move forward.
