As the sun comes out, desire to spend time outside also surfaces, and with it a curiosity about new ways to experience the world.
A lesser considered option, camping powered by two wheel vehicles. For one of our staff members, this often looks like camping off their scooters.
Scooter camping can be a beautiful way to see the world, hang out with friends, and spend time outside. Much like all other camping, it can be either hauled in on the bike itself, or bike and camping gear hauled in on a vehicle and using base camp as a jumping off point to explore somewhere new.
In the case of hauling in your gear on the bike, space becomes of paramount importance, while weight matters less than with backpacking. Being able to strategically pack all your gear in a way that is durable and easily fastened down is also important.
Here at Next Adventure, we love being a part of outfitting any trip you have going on, the more out of the ordinary the better, and we love highlighting unique ways of exploring the outdoors and would love to just hear about any exciting adventures you have upcoming.
