New York is pushing forward one of its most ambitious skyline plays yet, a 95-story supertall at 175 Park Avenue beside Grand Central Station. After years of slow movement, new filings point to a potential construction start as early as this summer. Read more with the link in our bio 👉

Mary Lou’s, the Palm Beach hotspot known for its lavish style and playful spirit, is making its Montauk debut this summer - reimagined for the East End. Backed by NDT Development and a cheeky menu that pairs A5 Wagyu burgers with caviar towers and seafaring fare, the space channels both mischief and elegance, where Mary Lou’s motto, “always have a sense of ridiculousness,” remains baked into every detail. NYC’s beloved Arthur & Sons has officially arrived in Jupiter, bringing some of the most nostalgic, lively, unmistakably New York energy South Florida has seen. Michelin-starred chef and restaurateur Joe Isidori brings Arthur & Sons to Jupiter as its first South Florida location, following four locations across New York, and drawing directly from three generations of family-run New York restaurants and the kind of red-sauce dishes he grew up around. The menu carries over signature favorites like ‘My Mother’s Meatballs’, ‘Joe’s Infamous Caesar Salad’, and ‘Our World Famous Spicy Rigatoni alla Vodka’, now paired with a new grill program and a handful of Florida-exclusive additions. As the night unfolds, live music transforms into a full-on late-night scene, where disco balls drop, glow sticks come out, and guests find themselves dancing on tables. The opening also marks a full-circle return to Palm Beach County for Isidori, who previously worked in the area early in his career. Read more with the link in our bio 👉
