It's heartwarming stew weather and perfect for KamJaTang #감자탕! A super popular Korean soup with tender fall-off-the-bone pork neck (a similar cut to oxtail but pork), potato, perilla leaf and crushed perilla seed. Perilla seeds are the round nutty counterpart to sesame seeds with more herbal notes that add a depth of comforting flavor.
