Ciska van Beek (NL) works across the cultural sector in fundraising, relationship management, education, and strategic consulting. As Development Coordinator at de Doelen, she develops strategies around public and private fundraising, donor relations, and long-term cultural support. Through her company Citi Works, she advises festivals, institutions, filmmakers, and creators on project financing, funding structures, and communication with cultural funds. For many years, she also taught financing within the cultural sector at HKU University of the Arts Utrecht.

Bridging R&B, soul, Afrobeat, and Caribbean influences through performance, education, and musical direction.
Stanley Clementina (NL/CW) – Curaçao-born multi-instrumentalist, singer, producer, educator, and founder of Steezmusic. After studying bass guitar and vocals at the conservatory in Rotterdam, Stanley built a versatile career performing with artists including Nelson Freitas, Frenna, Yade Lauren, and Jandino Asporaat, while also serving as musical director for major theatre productions. Alongside his work on stage, he teaches vocals and close harmony at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, mentoring the next generation of artists and performers.
During New Skool Rules 2026, Stanley and the SteezMusic band will be guiding and accompanying the festival’s live jam sessions throughout the weekend. Come catch a vibe!

Karin Bezchlebová (UK) – Glasgow-based creative working across artist development, events, and music industry education. At New Skool Rules she represents PITCH, where she works as a social media and event coordinator and co-booker. She is also the founder of Offset, an initiative focused on creating opportunities for people from underrepresented backgrounds through workshops, collaborative projects, and the Music Industry Literacy Programme. Alongside her independent work, Karin contributes to platforms including UP2STNDRD and the Scottish Alternative Music Awards, while also performing as a resident DJ with Bemz.
