Members of our Wine Club and their guests enjoyed an exclusive behind-the-scenes experience at Newsells Park yesterday 🍇🐎
From the paddocks to the vineyard, it was a day of rare access and insight. Guests met a selection of mares and their foals — including Legerete with her Nathaniel foal, Many Tears with her Blue Point foal, and Evita Peron with her Isaac Shelby filly — while General Manager Julian Dollar shared the intricacies of breeding racehorses.
There was also time to visit resident stallions Isaac Shelby and Nathaniel, who were very happy to be given a steady supply of polo mints!
Overlooking the paddocks, Vineyard Manager Scarlett Willson guided guests through the vines, discussing the season so far, weather challenges and the art of pruning.
The afternoon concluded back at the Manor with our sparkling wines, canapés, and a tasting led by Head Winemaker Nick Lane — the perfect finish to a memorable day.
