glenn keating aka g bone aka technical difficulties. the very best of all of us. it's hard to imagine a harsh word being said about the man ever except maybe when he was in the middle of one of his trademark stop-n-chats and we were late for a flight. he had this amazing way of taking the piss that felt like the warmest hug. he was so fucking funny with the greatest comic timing and the most beautiful inviting cmere-to-me cadence and so damn funky and tasteful on any instrument he picked up. rest easy my dude. we'll miss you so much ❤️💔
over the last 20 years i've bumped into @giita_art_sound more than maybe anyone else at electronic music gigs and up the front at festivals. she is a true trooper of the dancefloor and has tipped me off about all manner of great stuff. i'm delighted to see her paving her way as a dj and promoter and that we get to share a bill

Waterford has a rich history of House and Techno in the city and I spent a lot of my formative years as a DJ visiting record stores there aswell as a number of gigs so nice to do something there with such a solid crew!

the outside project has been a slow burner. it's been about 35 days in the studio over the course of 4 years and loads of messages back and forth between me and @efa_o_neill . one big essential rocket up our arses deadline was our performance at @anotherlovestoryfest in 2022. we had to have an hour of stuff to play and it really sped up the whole process. emmet's faith in the project has been a real catalyst in it getting over the line 🙏. tomorrow we play the finished record for the first time at LIAS in cork. @elainethowley will be joining us to sing a couple of tasty numbers 🤘
