I’m beyond excited to share that I won a Crystal Pine
Award at the ISFMF for the music of I’m Perfectly Fine, an animated film by Dario van Vree based on the book ‘Burnout Diary’.
Creating the music for this film was a playground for me. Dario and I wanted to capture the intense experience of burnout and panic attacks through the sounds of modular synthesizers and the beautiful voice of my dear friend Annelotte Coster, who brought the main character’s emotions to life through the music.
Being nominated felt like a dream, especially alongside legends like Mark Ulano, Stuart Wilson, and Wayne Pashley – Oscar and BAFTA nominees & winners! 🏆

Met enorm veel plezier kijken we terug op een geslaagde Dag van het Scenario tijdens het Nederlands Filmfestival te Utrecht.
Hans Nieuwenhuijsen gaf een inspirerende masterclass Script en Filmmuziek.
Wies Hundling een sprankelende masterclass Script en Editing.
Emmanuel Oberg een fascinerende keynote over zijn Story-Type Method.
Er werden drie krulstaarten en een gouden pen uitgereikt door onze bestuursvoorzitter Jacqueline Rogers.
En de ANV-Visser Neerlandiaprijs door Marilyn Haimé en Ruud van Gessel.
We sloten de dag af met een ontspannen netwerkborrel en een voldaan gevoel!
Onze felicitaties gaan uit naar Britt Snel, Mieke de Jong, Victoria Warmerdam, Donny Singh en Paul Sin Nam Rigter.
