18 months ago, we went away for three days and recorded most of a New Phono album with this bunch of amazing humans. We had so much fun making this record and hanging out. These songs mean a lot to us and playing with this band has been a joy.
The intervening period has been spent trying to make our way in the world, hold down jobs, raise kids, whilst also adding bits, tweaking, mixing and generally watching Nat be driven slowly mad (see last photo) trying to perfect it. We released ‘Troubleshoot the Rain’ a few weeks ago, and we are pretty proud of it.
You can listen in the usual streaming places, or buy a copy of the vinyl. And I hope you do. But also go buy tickets and come and see us celebrate launching it into the world on Friday 14 November at Lyrics Underground.
