We could not be more thrilled to introduce our new Head Chef, Doug.
Doug has been with us since day one, and instantly became one of the most beloved people in the building by his coworkers, guests, friends, peers, and the ownership team.
Doug has spent decades traveling the globe, as both a Chef and as a DJ. He's run many a kitchen with many a variety of cuisines. The perspective and creativity he brings is amazing, but what's even more impressive is his ability to get everyone involved and unite his team. His leadership is irreplaceable. And meeting his amazing family has been a true privilege.
Our kitchen team are bar none the city's finest, and the menu ideas they've been collaborating on have us more than excited to share them with you. Our dishes will have their experiences, thoughts, and (figurative) fingerprints of the whole team.
Be it Chef Doug's New Orleans and Buffalo inspired dishes, Chef Austin's refined takes on seasonal and plant-based dishes from his time at Commune in Columbus, Chef Kevin's passion for desserts and charcuterie, and Chef Thu's "Cold Noodle" Vietnamese nights we'll be rolling out on Mondays, in short order. Keep your eyes here for details in the coming weeks.
And no, your Never Say Dive favorites aren't going anywhere. Cleveland's best Smash Burger is here to stay, same with our Unc-approved Fried Chicken and the beloved Dive Dog
