Watching the @itanmodels launch come to life this week reminded me of something simple but important.
Most businesses do not start perfect. They start with a step.
Somewhere along the way we were taught to wait until everything is ready before putting ourselves out there. But the truth is, trying a few things and learning along the way is far better than sitting on an idea until you eventually talk yourself out of it.
Starting a business is not easy. Running one is even harder. But it can also be one of the most rewarding things you will ever do.
One of the privileges of the work I do is seeing businesses at different stages of their journey. Some are just beginning. Some are growing. Some are already doing well but need stronger structure behind what they are building.
That is where I often come in.
My work is about helping people move from a busy business to a structured business.
Not rushed.
Not reactive.
But structured, scalable and sustainable.
If you simply want a side hustle to keep you busy, I may not be the right person. But if you are building something you want to grow well and last, then I am always happy to walk that journey with you.
