On Monday, March 2nd, we said goodbye to our sweet Dylan at 18 years old. 🐾💙
He adventured from Illinois to Arizona to Texas, never meeting a stranger and always stealing hearts. He was an Aquarius through and through — free-spirited, one of a kind, and full of love.
Reunited now with his brother Rico in heaven, the Two Amigos are whole again. 🌈 And here on earth, our remaining Three Amigo, Otter, carries on.

Dad’s memorial tree at Hall Park has become our daily stop. He would have loved this spot - birds everywhere, families gathering, space to breathe and remember.
The dogs have learned to give me a few quiet minutes here. Sometimes I tell him about the latest adventure, sometimes I just sit and feel grateful for all the love he planted in my life.

Witnessing @jaythebirdthatsings in such an intimate solo setting—just before tonight’s show with Rival Sons—was something truly special. His voice has this incredible way of transporting me straight back to Long Beach, flooding me with nostalgia for home and simpler times when we all gathered around stories and genuine human connection.
We’ve all traveled our own paths over the decades, but last night reminded me why music has the power to bring us back to who we are at our core. There’s something about Jay’s storytelling that cuts right through to the soul—the kind of artistry that feels increasingly rare in our fast-moving world.
