NEVERA picked up DJing as a way to connect with the music scene and express herself in ways that words couldn't. She has since taken her melodic, high-energy sound from private parties to club stages across Calgary. Earlier this year, she opened The Womp Festival 2025 after winning the DJ competition. And made the dance floor shake at burning crab festival 2025. She's also curated NeverAfters — a series of high-energy, community-driven parties that have quickly built a cult following for their immersive atmosphere and magnetic energy. NEVERA's inspiration comes from a long-standing history of a host of genres ranging from classical, alternative, grunge and even pop. Her sound now is an ode to all the sounds that have spoken to her throughout the years - she believes in staying fluid across all avenues of music, from indie dance to tech house to melodic techno, curated to make the crowd lose themselves entirely.
