These small group artist-led sessions have grown from time spent walking, collecting, printmaking and paying attention to Sheppey’s shifting shoreline and hedgerows as part of Festival of Sheppey 2026.

It’s been a big birthday weekend in our house…Thomas turned 22 on Saturday and Jonty is 24 today.
The hugging photo is my absolute favourite — partly because at the time they fought CONSTANTLY
We took Thomas out for birthday brunch and he was delighted and super relaxed.
Jonty meanwhile has been on the water since 3am catching the tide to work on the moorings off Oare — I get photos of boats not faces, which is very him. BUT…They found sunken treasure today: a massive barge anchor
