Do the work — meditate, listen to a podcast on peace, or buy a book about peace 👀, but do something 💙

A timeless read for timeless hearts and souls. Kids read it for the story and feelings. Older kids understand the lessons deeper. Adults return to it for recollection and reassurance. #wellness #picturebooks

After spending time with kids over the weekend, I think it’s time to be a kid again. The sun lit up a patch of grass (an adult lens) but the kids called it magic grass. We had a mini debate, and they insisted it was magic and we are all magic and everything is magic. Then I looked up at the other adult and said, I can’t tell if they are serious or not. And they briefly turned back to me and said we are serious. I chuckled but it really got me thinking. It’s really all magic. I know this. But obviously logic/adulthood gets the best of me sometimes. I have the most magical experiences sometimes, but when I relay it to another adult it comes off as delusional or woowoo lol. But if being delusional makes us happy, then why not. That must be why kids are so happy. So we should be kids again (if life lets us 😭😄)
