One year ago today, my world stopped. I watched my dad...... My hero...... Slip away while I begged for help that never came in time. I ran out of the house that day, desperate, terrified… my voice cracking, my heart in pieces..... Only to come back with help and have him look at me one last time before he took his final breath, right there in my hands. It was as if he was holding on , waiting just to see me one last time 💔
That moment lives in me forever. And also my status changed forever, I became fatherless, my earthly protector gone, my unconditional love gone, my gossip partner and best friend gone, my I won't Judge you person gone, my everything and first love gone 💔💔

And again at that moment I realised that No one is above death.... not the rich, the strong, or the loved. Death comes for us all, quiet and certain. We spend life chasing so much, forgetting nothing truly belongs to us. In the end, all we carry are the love we gave, the forgiveness we offered, and the memories we leave behind. Life is precious because it is borrowed — and every moment matters.
Still, no amount of lessons or strength can fill the hole he left behind. He was my old man — and he always will be. My hero, my father, my forever protector. I miss you, Daddy. Every day. I hope you’re resting easy, because down here I’m still carrying you with me.
