Progress report for the upcoming Spaceman armor set! 3D modeling done by @aztec3dstudioss based on my original designs.
.
Everything is printed and I’ve done a few rounds of sanding and filling. It’s starting to look good but still a long way to go. These will be cast in urethane for commissions and modified to fit most any character.
.
Theres no real ETA on this one. It will be a pretty slow-moving project tbh as I now have a newborn daughter!
I’m not dead! Just been very busy with real-life stuff like home projects and some other big things on the way. As a thanks for sticking around I’m doing a 20% off sale on Cowls starting tomorrow Noon PST! They will be for US customers only this time but I will have some more deals soon for international vigilantes as well 👊🦇
Finally cooking again with the help of @aztec3dstudioss ! Introducing the SPACEMAN armor set. This is the replacement to the Champion vests I was offering previously.
These will be cast in flexible urethane in (almost) any color combo. Printing components starts this weekend!
👻 Happy Halloween! 🎃 This was my first year as a homeowner so I finally got to make some fun lawn decorations. Bonus clip of my neighbor playing with a spider 🕷️
I use plastic bags to protect my cowls during shipping, but they’ve always been a pain in the ass to pull over rubber, and the ears make it even worse! Then I learned this trick from a random video, making everything so much easier 😍

Sound on! Happy Friday, here’s me pulling another Gambit vest from the mold. I’ve recently turned this mold into a 2-piece, which allows for a thinner, less bulky cast. This saves tons of weight without losing any durability. #gambit #xmen #gambitcosplay
THE NIGHT.
•
Huge thanks to @rawb.bankz for making my amazing screen printed Batman suit!
•
They are currently taking commissions so no better time to get a new suit rolling!
•
Also shoutout my brother @nerdyprints for the belt, cowl, and gauntlets!
Molding and casting a bat emblem! This one is based on the 1997 New Batman Adventures suit. This was my first time using a printed mold wall instead of cutting and gluing a bunch of foam board and it worked beautifully!
.
I used a really old batch of silicone, so it mixed and poured really thick, but even so the mold still came out great.
