That’s what I thought when I came back to this amazing festival again. I just love the atmosphere you guys create at @springtimeswing - one can truly feel the love and passion pouring into this place, be it at the registration, the merch or someone from the staff just passing through and having a heartfelt smile across their face! Last year around this time, I was very eager to compete and making it to finals. I compared myself to others a lot and tried to keep up, which honestly didn’t work out at all... So, drawing @nenevolution in finals felt like such a perfect match. You made me feel less like I had to compete or perform. Instead, it felt like we were honestly and generously dancing together while sharing that moment with everyone around us. Thank you for your trust and absolute calmness - I loved every second of it! 🤩 Lately, I feel like a lot of dancers want to perform, though as a viewer, watching someone dance from their soul and heart often hits much deeper than having the best move or the greatest performance. Either way, I wish more dancers would allow themselves to be vulnerable and share their authentic selves instead of hiding behind a mask while truly enjoying their craft and just be themselves - isnt that why we started dancing in the first place? How much arms is too much arms? 😂 I loved this Blues from the Advanced Semis at @asiawcsopen , especially the creative ways @yushi_wang and I played with the phrase changes 😊. I can be quite hard on myself, but with this dance I am truly happy with how it looks 🥰. This one definitely felt like a victory dance ✨✨ Open Strictly Semi-finals at @asiawcsopen 2026 with @nenevolution !! Thank you for asking me at Spooky for this strictly Nevena! Open strictly was ABSOLUTELY stacked this year so you can imagine our surprise and joy to learn that we made it into the SEMIS alongside all these amazing couples. I think we were the only Adv-Adv pair that made it?? I was just glad that I got to do more dances with @nenevolution and the pure joy of this dance is just one of the many great experiences we got to enjoy on the floor! Genuinely all the music played for the strictly heats at @asiawcsopen were 🔥🔥 but Golden has been lodged in my brain since Choreo Camp - and when the song came on i think all restraints went out the window 😂 Love love love when a song everybody knows is played in a heat and you can see the whole dance floor reacting to the music in sync 🫶 something something i don’t own the music do these disclaimers actually work

West Coast Swing events in Singapore are hard to put into words. @weetzeyi , @gadgetgalleo and their team create an atmosphere and hype that keeps us dancers on the floor till the very last song, craving for more. 🤩 DJing at @spookywestieweekend was a real honor for me. 😍 Getting to share my favorite tunes with this wonderful crowd was simply epic. 🥰🎧 I also found myself in Switch finals, where I had the best time dancing with @8ming0 😁 The highlight of Spooky is the High–Low Strictly 😁 Huge thanks to @arnybarnie for our highly competitive (and fun) soccer game on the dance floor 😄⚽

✨ Throwback #2 to my DJ highlights this year ✨ @finnfestwcs will always hold a very special place in my heart. 💙 Getting to share my music throughout the weekend and having the honor of closing the event on Sunday was a wonderful experience. 🥰 A huge thank you to @the.manabouttown for trusting me and bringing me on, and to @kasiastepek @dj_pikachu27 @koichi.tsunoda @lelya_ruban and so many other DJs for the exchanges, conversations, and valuable feedback. I learned so much from all of you. 🙏 Finnfest was extra special because I also had the joy of placing 🥇 1st in Intermediate JnJ together with @fabi_thum . I loved our dance! 😊 And the last photo? Throwback to my first international DJ experience this year at Swing of Music. I still get goosebumps thinking about it! 😍 Seeing you dance, smile, and connect with the music made me realise how much I love DJing!
