Without a doubt this was the highlight of the Eurotrip!
Marbella now has a special place in my heart because such beautiful memories were made. There was an abundance of love, happiness and togetherness.
Call it group therapy - fueled by tequila, wine & estrogen 😂
Hormones were flying at an all time high. You can’t tell from these moments but day one started with a hysterical crying session that was resolved with three grown ass women half dressed, hugging and still crying in the middle of the living room (reasons now cannot be remembered but the moment is burned in my brain).
We made a unanimous decision after that episode that it was time to stop drinking and eating sushi cause it was VERY obvious by then that little man Topher was locked in.
Hailee and Chioma spent the rest of the trip expertly and subtly switching out all my drinks for virgin versions 😂
A time was had.

Can you tell I was feeling better? And I was back in my home land of Italy 🇮🇹
We visited Mt. Etna (but didn’t hike this time 😂 a gentle drive) not knowing this is an active and live volcano. We very quickly descended 😭
This part was just fun. No long tale to tell.

So what’s funny but not funny is that this entire Eurotrip was planned around Poland 😂
Random, I know. Why Poland? Well @haileemajor coworker and her husband are both Polish (living in America) and had invited Hailee to their wedding. They graciously accepted me as a plus one and I had never been before. I’m all for new experiences and we figured if we’re going to Poland then we might as well go to some other places in Europe. The whole thing spiraled a bit out of control and we ended up in 6 countries & 7 cities over a month 😂
Y’all, the Poland leg was kinda doomed from the start 😭 I got on the plane throwing up. The airline lost Hailee’s suitcase. It was torrential downpour on the wedding day. I slept through the entire wedding we came for and couldn’t eat anything but chicken noodle soup (shout out @lemon_resort_spa chefs for facilitating the early craving despite there being nothing even close to this on their menu 🫶🏽)
For the life of me I couldn’t stay awake. I slept a solid 16 hours in one go. It was at that moment I was now certain I was pregnant 😂😂 I immediately called @chiniam who said “don’t take the test till you get home or you’ll stop having fun” - solid advice lmao I waited till September 1st.
Despite the madness that was taking place Hailee danced the irritation of lost luggage away (mind you this was round 2. My luggage had been previously misplaced on this trip already) and still made it to the wedding!
Our hotel was beautiful. The little bits of food I did eat were delicious especially the almost offensive amount of pickles. The weather once we got back to Krakow was glorious. I met some wonderful people and got some exceptionally good sleep 😂
I’ll be forever sad I missed the wedding but I heard it was beautiful and vodka fueled.
