Nelu comes from the word “ulen” a step in baking where everything begins. A process that reminds us that every effort will eventually become something, just like every kneaded dough becomes a pastry. 🥐
In our first year, we started with a small space, limited seating, and a simple menu. Slowly, we grew and in our second year, we’ve expanded into two floors, with more space to gather and more from our kitchen to share.
