My first year at Belmont flew by! My second semester felt like I didn’t go a day without working an event, recording, or mixing a project. I’m super excited to announce that I’ll be working the staff engineer position on campus next semester, as well as serving as the outreach coordinator for Belmont’s Audio Engineering Society. Here are some of the other cool moments that came from second semester. Semester 1 at Belmont! All of these songs were produced/recorded by me at either my dorm room setup or on Music Row. My goal coming in was to record with as many people as I could and I ended this semester with around 50 songs that I engineered, produced, and cowrote on. Graduated Today! I’m so grateful for the experiences I’ve had these last four years at BBCHS. Everything I know about music I learned in high school. My first beat ever I made in high school and it was terrible but in the music department I grew enough so now people are asking me to collaborate. I never picked up a camera before last year but I got flown out to Atlanta with one of my best friends for a film we made. I really started high school in 2021 as a puny kid not knowing what to do with myself and I know if you told me back then the things I’d do and the experiences I’d get to have, I wouldn’t believe any of it. I’m off to Nashville for school at Belmont University to really hone my skills and grow as an audio engineering major and I’m so excited to see what’s in store for me there too. 4 years, too many classes, 4 hairstyles, 1 state championship Thank you Bradley-Bourbonnais Community High School
