Shoulder workout involving some upper back. Great for shoulder mobility and if you’re working on your posture 💁🏻‍♀️ • Front raises x7 • Front raises from shoulder height x7 • Full range front raises x7 • Side raise pulses from hip x7 • Side raise pulses mid way to shoulder x7 • Full side raises x7 • Helicopters x7 This is a lighter weight workout please don’t use anything heavy (I’m using 3kgs). Can be done at the end of a workout as a burner or done for 2-4 sets with breaks in between as you please. 🦾 DM for coaching 💌

Sissy arch squat & backbend flow 🤸🏻‍♀️ Why it works: – Builds quad strength & length – Opens hip flexors & front body – Mobilizes the spine segmentally – Boosts balance, awareness & grace 🏋🏻‍♀️ Warm up properly before starting. Is an advanced move and you can practise by just doing the back bends, focusing on squeezing your glutes-quads and core!
