6 months ago I stepped on stage for my first show and took 2nd. I went back to work, trusted the process, built more muscle, came back 6 lbs heavier, and this month I earned my OCB Pro Card. (in a hot pink bikini) 🥹✨💖

I am so proud to say I received first place in novice, first in overall presentation, and first in open, securing my OCB pro card!!! I cannot begin to fathom the fact that I am now a professional natural bodybuilder.
I have been on prep for the majority of my senior year, after previously competing in October. It was difficult managing classes, Honors College responsibilities, prep, work, and grad school applications. So many days I felt like giving up. Everything I have been working toward for such a long time is finally coming to fruition. I am graduating this month, I was accepted into grad school, and I am now an OCB pro.
I am beyond grateful for these circumstances and even more grateful for the amazing support system of my friends, boyfriend, family, and coach throughout the entire process. I began working with my coach, Dom Glover (The Blueprint) a little over a year ago after she saw something in me that I didn’t quite see in myself yet. In under two years, she transformed my body into that of a bikini champion. She didn’t just coach my body, but also helped build the winner’s mentality within me.
My friends and family were there to support me from the start of prep to the end of my show. When I cried tears of relief and joy, they cried with me. That type of genuine love is priceless. I’ve learned to trust the process, compartmentalize, prioritize, manage my time, believe in myself, and ultimately become more grateful for this beautiful life I have been blessed with and given the tools to build.
