For Sale - New To Market | 132 Cumberland Street, The Rocks NSW 2000 | Buyers Guide $1,900,000 via @richard.shalhoub of @mcgrathestateagents 2 Bed, 1 Bath, 84 sqm c. 1891 Restored Terrace House in Sydney’s Most Historic Precinct @thehomeofheritage in conjunction with @mcgrathestateagents is proud to present this rare opportunity to acquire a part of Sydney’s early history. Set within the Long’s Lane enclave of The Rocks - a quiet cobblestoned neighbourhood of just 17 residences - this characterful terrace house is metres to the steps of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Built in the Victorian Italianate style, period details have been carefully restored, including cast iron fireplaces with timber mantles and patinated stone hearths, polished hardwood floors, tessellated tiles, original entry door, internal doors and windows, and brick fireplace surround in the kitchen. Step across the quaint front porch into a quiet lounge room with Jetmaster fireplace, leading to a separate dining room featuring a second cast iron fireplace. Adjacent to the dining area is a cleverly-designed kitchen, with stainless steel bench tops and gas stovetop. A polished timber staircase leads to two double bedrooms, the front bedroom capturing the afternoon sun and a leafy view of London Plane trees. The second bedroom, with built-in wardrobe overlooks the historic rooftops of Long’s Lane. A modern bathroom and separate toilet room both have premium fittings. Opposite, an internal laundry has ample storage and stainless steel sink. Relax in your own spacious courtyard framed by mature trees, with views of Long’s Lane and the city skyline. Entertain outdoors under the fairy lights before heading to one of @therocks restaurants or wine bars. Here, the best of Sydney is on your doorstep. Walk the bridge at sunrise before strolling through Millers Point to Hickson Road Reserve. Stop for coffee in Walsh Bay and continue to Barangaroo Reserve’s six hectares of green space. Moments to Circular Quay train, ferries, and the CBD. Parking permit available. Follow the link in our bio to view the full listing. #thehomeofheritage #therockssydney #sydneyproperty #sydneyrealestate #victorianhome

A beautiful branding session with @sue.animalnaturopathics from earlier this year. Sue is an equine and canine naturopath and nutritionist, working with both animals and people and just an all-round lovely human to be around. We spent an afternoon at her beautiful property in Yellingbo, capturing a glimpse into her world. From feeding the sheep, to qigong in the paddock with the horses, to picking veggies at sunset and quiet moments of acupuncture and cupping in her treatment rooms.

Documenting the winemaking process at @pimpernelvineyards with their incredible team doing what they do best. I spent a few hours with Damien and the crew as they tested sugar levels, checked fruit for harvest, plunged vats, timed picks, monitored the weather and bottled. There’s so much hard work behind the scenes before it ever makes it into a bottle. The smells, the colours, the energy of this time of year… it’s one of my favourite things to photograph!
