climbing over “mountains” at HYROX TORONTO 😮‍💨 @hyroxca If there’s something that I can confidently say that I would do for the rest of my life it would be movement. Whether it be dance, running and now Hyrox — a true test of strength and endurance. Those 8KM and 8 stations definitely pushed my body to its limits (where at the last kilometre I was fighting to run through my cramps haha). Made some friends throughout the course. Nonetheless, I’m proud of myself and what I’ve accomplished, physically and mentally. We definitely climbed over those mountains that day. Always looking to challenge what my body is able to do, and entertain my curiosities - life is so quick, might as well enjoy every minute of it and do what you love & do lots of it! Thank you to jess, days ones and everyone that supported this prep, I appreciate yall heavy 🫶 If this inspired anybody in anyway of doing their first hyrox, going for that thing, or simply going out and move, I’m rooting for you!
