The best decision I have ever made was making Paulina my wife. As a newlywed, people ask me how married life feels... The answer is, it just feels right. I feel stronger, more peaceful, and more motivated. When it's right, it's right. She didn't always have it easy. She was never treated right by the men that came before me. I knew very early on that I would die for her, but over time I knew that I wanted to live for her. So there was something that Dan kept from me during the months leading up to our wedding. He had written his vows early, then it transformed into a poem, then to a song, then to a song that he chose to sing himself! The first time I heard this song was during our first dance, and the look on my face in the second photo shows my genuine reaction when he belted out that first note. 😭 Keep in mind, Dan is NOT a musician, or a singer! He overcame a lot to be able to record this song, and I can’t even put into words how proud I am of him for it, and just how IMPRESSED I am with it!! I could not imagine a more incredible, meaningful way to express his vows on our wedding day. Just wow. You amaze me, babe. 🖤 The guitar was played by the very talented @trumpet173 (who also played acoustic during our wedding ceremony!). It was recorded and produced by @jonaudioprof , I am just so thankful to all involved in this and keeping it a secret from me for so long. 😅 I will cherish this song until the day I die! “I Live and I Die for you” by Danny Gilbert is available on Spotify, for anyone else wanting to use it at their wedding as well! 😁 It’s just so perfect. We said “I do!” 💍 What an absolutely magical experience. 3/29/26 will always be remembered as a day full of love, as our friends and family made this day unforgettable. We have the rest of our lives to make even more memories like this one.
