The setup? Super minimal.
Just a table, an iPad, and an Apple Pencil.
That’s all it takes to create high-detail 3D artwork from scratch.

Remember the failed resin print that flooded my desk?
Here’s the redo—and it finally worked.
This time, I created a cube that reads “NEW” from one side and “YOU” from the other.
Designed in Nomad Sculpt and printed on the Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra, it’s all about transformation—both in the object and the meaning.
After the last messy fail, it felt good to watch this one come together clean.
Sometimes the second try really does hit better.

Some of the letters were textured using my Smart Material Pack for Nomad Sculpt, which makes it super easy to add surface detail without overthinking it.

Tried printing the word “Soul”—but things went sideways.
The resin leaked all over my desk and the printer screen after I accidentally scratched a hole into the FEP film during cleanup. Total mess.
Still wanted to show the process though, because this piece was sculpted in Nomad Sculpt and designed to fit inside a transparent cube I picked up from an art store a while back.
Printer will be back up and running soon. I’m definitely giving this another go.
Sometimes it works. Sometimes it leaks resin everywhere.

Yep, that happened.
Designed this in Nomad Sculpt, exported directly from the iPad, and printed it at home using my Procolored DTF printer, oven, and heat press.
What’s wild is how clean light colors print on dark fabric.
No cracking, no weird fade—just smooth detail and full opacity on a dark green shirt.
