Bruce Wayneās suit from Batman (1989) recently appeared through Propstore, selling for $24,000, proving that the tailoring behind a character can become just as collectible as the costume itself. This was not the Batsuit, but the civilian uniform of Michael Keatonās Bruce Wayne: understated, expensive, controlled and quietly powerful.
The suit was worn in the scene where Wayne attempts to tell Vicki Vale that he is Batman, before Jack Nicholsonās Joker interrupts the moment.
What makes this interesting is how far removed it is from the exaggerated superhero imagery people usually associate with Batman. Keatonās Bruce Wayne does not need loud tailoring. The Armani suit does the opposite. It softens him. The drape, muted brown tone and relaxed luxury communicate old money without forcing it.

Three Emporio Armani suits from our drop that I had to dedicate to their own post. All examples of a little more unconventional and somewhat experimental tailoring from Armani, which is cool to see as Armani always had his signature style and rarely deviated from it.
The first being an asymmetrical wrap style suit, with a snap button closure and fluid drape fit. Still coded with that signature Armani soft tailoring fabric, with a minimalist touch.
The second is an amazing nehru collar suit, finished in a midnight blue velvet fabric. One of those red carpet red carpet-esque showstopper suits. You wouldnāt expect from Armani.
The third is seriously cool, itās somewhat of a blend of different eras in one. The foundation of the suit being that signature 00s business suit, with two huge fucking twists evident in the exaggerated lapels, soft tailoring and wide leg trousers, almost giving off 1970s vibes.

For Sale - Prada Mainline 1990s Leather Crossbody Body. Vintage Prada leather was always amazing, surprisingly they didnāt do much of it, but when it was done, it was done to perfection. This bag is made from a tobacco brown aged leather, with little branding throughout. Allowing the focus to be on the bag itself and not the brand associated with it.

An Emporio Armani 98ā Nehru Jacket that recently sold on our site within an hour of putting it up - A personal collection piece that Iām sad to see go, as itās one of those unique tailoring pieces from Armani that was somewhat unconventional. Finished with a nehru collar and the colour is a unique taupe brown. The cut of the jacket is amazing too, slightly longer body which compliments the higher neck collar and accentuates the silhouette of the garment.

Ralph Laurenās signature āRalph Tuckā is one of those styling moves that looks accidental, but says everything about the manās approach to clothing.
The idea is simple: an open shirt, usually an Oxford, denim shirt, flannel, or work shirt, layered over a T-shirt or vest, then tucked into trousers or jeans while still left partly unbuttoned. It creates this strange balance between dressed and undone. The waist is still defined, the outfit still has shape, but the shirt has movement, ease and a little bit of arrogance.
It is classic Ralph Lauren because it takes traditional American clothing and makes it feel lived in. The pieces themselves are not complicated: button-down shirts, pleated trousers, Western belts, denim, chinos, workwear jackets. But the styling changes everything. What makes the Ralph Tuck powerful is that it is not really about tucking a shirt. It is about attitude. It turns basic clothes into a silhouette. It gives soft structure without tailoring. It makes layering feel natural rather than styled. Most importantly, it proves why Ralph Laurenās influence is so strong: he never just sold clothes, he sold a way of wearing them.
