5. I love reading Karen from The Happy Tummy Co.’s weekly newsletter, she has a way with words and everything they are creating is really inspiring. I’ve tried the happy tummy loaf, the teff scones and the cacao sourdough pictured is next on my list.

Now In my second year, I’ve been creating lots of medicinal potions both to ingest and for the body. This handmade soap is one of those items now for sale in the shop. It’s nourishing for the skin using a mix of oils like extra virgin olive oil and coconut oil. It’s also a satisfying big block to use. It has a subtle scent of mandarin and lemongrass from real essential oils 🍊
