We hosted a Christmas fundraiser and had the pleasure of having @naveenmacro there to capture it all. Although it was a bite-sized version of the summer event, everyone came together, as they always do, to support us and the incredible charity that is @thespacecheddarvalley .
We are so grateful for the extended family this has created, and we cannot wait to see what the future holds for Cheddar.

I’m slowly falling in love with this city. Yesterday, I walked around Bristol for couple of hours.
It reminded me how much I love doing photo walks in a new place.

He has been on a mission to establish charpais in the government’s official list of handicrafts. “It is an appeal I have also made to Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a video on a local news channel,” he says, proudly showing PARI the clip on his mobile phone.

In Vanishing Grasslands, Chhering Angdui, a 43-year-old herder and farmer from Langza village in Himachal Pradesh’s Lahaul-Spiti district, shares the harsh realities of climate change affecting his community. Once covered in snow with ample grasslands, the Spiti region now faces diminishing snowfall and rainfall, resulting in less grass for livestock. Chhering and fellow herders must travel farther to find grazing land for their cattle, sheep, and goats. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of high-altitude valleys and clear night skies, this film highlights the growing threat to traditional livelihoods in Spiti.
As grasslands disappear, Chhering worries about the future of the village’s livestock, fearing their extinction. The film offers a poignant glimpse into the challenges faced by the Bhot community, whose connection to their land and animals is increasingly jeopardised by climate change.

The Lamp Post.
I was very sad when a few years back they started changing old yellow street lights to new white led panels in Delhi. White light even on the streets now. I was already having it enough through the screens I guess.
In Delhi metro all the old train coaches have yellow lights and the new ones have extremely bright white light. One of my friends back home skips multiple metros sometimes hoping a metro with yellow light will come soon, because they feel better in that.

I finally decided to take out my camera last evening. I'm so glad I did. Primrose Hill did not disappoint. There are hundreds of people out of this frame at the same location. I always love the challenge of finding one calm moment in the chaos. I stood there for a long time trying to figure out how I want to capture this amazing place that provides a sense of calm and peace to all these people who have come here to enjoy an evening on a work day. That's when I spotted this couple, oblivious to their surroundings, lost into the moment, with each other.
