@diximusic , a South Asian Singer/Songwriter and practicing Pediatrician in Los Angeles, California. Dixi first captured global attention for her epic mashups and later for singing to her tiny patients—going viral as the doctor who heals with both medicine and music. A lifelong dancer and genre-blending artist, she has performed around the world and built a powerful presence online as one of the pioneering South Asian female creators in North America to make waves on social platforms. She has since released independent music as well as collaborations with Bollywood Duo, Salim Sulaiman’s Merchant Records & UK legendary hitmaker, Rishi Rich.
Now, she steps into a new era as an independent artist with her debut EP “Sounds Like”—a bold fusion of Hindi/Punjabi roots with R&B, Pop, EDM, Afrobeats, and Bollywood produced by long time collaborator DJ Naveen Kumar. Each track traces a chapter of love: from innocence to heartbreak to the powerful, mature love that feels magnetic and unbound. A project rooted in authenticity and emotional storytelling, Sounds Like showcases Dixi’s evolution as both a healer and an artist, uniting cultures, languages, and listeners across the globe.
