This fitness journey isn’t easy but it does wonders for my mind! Throughout my life I’ve always been active: dancing, cycling, going to the gym, walking etc. But moving to a different country meant that some of the things I thoroughly enjoyed, were just that bit harder to maintain.
But by force I’m making sure I continue to move my body, not just to reach certain milestones but I just want to be an agile grandma 😅🤸🏿♂️
Being a part of @herhouse.gh panel was honestly an honour ☺️ Meeting so many beautiful women that are at different points in their relocation journey was honestly the type of community that I craved when I first got to Ghana.
Hearing everyone’s stories and sharing my own, honestly reminded me how incredibly blessed we are to be here. The journey has not always been an easy one but I can say with absolute certainty that it was indeed a necessary one.
Shout out to my fellow panelist and @herhouse.gh for creating a safe space for us girlies to be honest and connect on a deeper level. Can’t wait for the next one 💜💜💜

I’ve started thinking a bit more seriously about owning a home in Accra, so I recently went to check out The Cascades at @sanbracityghana ☺️
It’s actually the first part of a bigger development in Borteyman, Trasacco, about 15 minutes from the airport and not far from the All African Games stadium.
