Billy isn’t just creating content. He’s helping brands understand what to do with it.
As the founder of

@nautical.network , Billy works across marketing, production, social strategy, and audience growth. His work spans luxury real estate, marine, lifestyle, and event brands, helping companies turn what they’re building into something people can see, understand, and connect with.
Recently, his team has worked on projects including a $35M+ Tampa home for Ryan Hughes Design, the Scout 670 Everest build project, and the
@tidehomes Homes x Bertram Yachts collaboration.
One thing Billy said that stood out:

That’s the part a lot of builders and developers are starting to feel in real time. The work still has to be good. The project still has to deliver. But how it’s positioned, documented, and shared is becoming part of the strategy too.
