NaturoSynth (@naturosynth ) tries something a little different in their newest single— it still has their classic psychedelic elements, but this time with a Carnatic twist.
Band members Kieran and Arjun have known their collaborator violinist Sanjay (@sanjay.suresh03 ) since 5th grade, but each pursuing radically different sonic world. They finally teamed up on this genre-bending track that bridges classic South Indian music and psychedelic pop.

These boys from Chicago are creating some of the funkiest music. It’s a little retro (think 80s pop)— but still feels like it’s meant for the future.
They have been performing throughout the Midwest (while also in college) and it’s obvious they are heading for something bigger.

This months Point of Origin feature is young midwestern upstart @naturosynth with their track “Headphones On”. Two of the five members Kieran and Arjun Gopal are first cousins and have been making music together on laptops since they were little kids.
The song isn’t as much where they have been, but an inkling of where NaturoSynth are destined to go.

NYC Debut. What a feeling.
We wrapped up our winter tour in Brooklyn at @thesultanroom and had one of the most unforgettable nights of our lives. It’s unreal hearing crowds in completely different parts of the country singing our songs back to us, it truly means the world to us. We’re so grateful we got to meet so many of you at these shows. We can’t wait to get back out there as soon as we can!
