When my brother and I picked this bike up it was supposed to be the beginning of something new for the both of us. From the 8 hour drive to pick it up, the countless hours of tear-down/rebuild, & to all the future trips we had planned together. It wasn’t about the bike. It was about learning from each other and experiencing life together. A chance to become more than brothers, but best friends.
It’s been hard to wrap my head around the events that have taken place this last week and I don’t think i’ll ever quite understand.
Nobody said life would be easy, they just promised it would most likely be worth it. Live your life to the fullest. At the end of the day we are just here for a short time, remember that everything in life is a learning experience, you are important, and although life isn’t easy, it’s worth seeing it through.
If you love someone, hold them close.

The hardest part of any long distance ride is the start, for me at least. Packing, making sure you didn’t forget anything, and that first fill up.
After you’ve hit that first 100 miles mark you find your groove and it’s smooth sailing from there.

I’ve been running Steve’s Aniston Risers for 4 years now and have nothing but good things to say. From the geometry, build quality, and the finish. They’ve been the perfect riser for me, even after going down…but sometimes you fix what isn’t broke and come out with something totally different…like his new Foundry Riser, and it totally works!
