A few of my daily eats lately 🍽️ Prioritizing meals that actually nourish my body, keep my energy stable, and help me feel my best. I try to focus on mostly whole foods, high-protein meals, and balance over perfection💚
Protein mozzarella sticks made with ground turkey 🍗🧀 High protein, low carb, and so easy to make.
Mix together:
• Ground turkey
• 1 egg
• Salt
• Pepper
• Paprika
• Garlic powder
• Thyme
Mix everything well, then shape them using cooking plastic wrap/parchment paper to make it easier. Add your mozzarella sticks in the middle and roll them up.
Bake at 380°F for 20 minutes, flip them, then bake for another 10 minutes until golden and crispy 🤌🏼
Healthy, high protein, and sooo good.
